We reply and set up a 15 minute phone call to confirm that our services are a good match. If they are, we set a date and time for the session and then send our service agreement and pre-session instructions via email, as well as a link for the deposit.
After our session...
After an organizing session, we transport up to a cars-worth of donations to a local organization. Within a few days we send a follow up email summarizing progress and outlining instructions for moving forward.
