What to Expect
Within 24 hours or the next business day...
We reply and set up a 15 minute phone call to confirm that our services are a good match. If they are, we set a date and time for the session.
One week before the session...
For organizing, we send our service agreement and pre-session instructions via email, as well as a link for the deposit. For cleaning, we send our service agreement via email.
After our session...
After an organizing session, we transport up to a cars-worth of donations to a local organization. Within a week we send a follow up email summarizing progress and outlining instructions for moving forward.
